Additionally, we will pick up and dispose of any debris left at your property 24 hours after the completion of the physical eviction. RENTWATCH
RentWatch is a service to landlords who want a third party to monitor their tenants' monthly payments and record-keeping. Each month your tenant will mail their monthly paymant payable to you, but to our address. Our office will apply the payment to the tenant's account and same-day mail the original payment to you. This means you no longer have to worry about what to do if the tenant doesn't pay or delay your out of town plans to wait by the mail box. In the event your tenant becomes delinquent in their monthly payment we will notify you immediately and can even issue a Notice to Pay or Vacate that same day.
