RentWatch is a service for landlords who want a third party to monitor their tenants' monthly payments and record-keeping. Each month your tenant will mail their monthly payment payable to you, but to our address.
For $18.95 per month per unit we'll provide record keeping, depositing payments at your bank and notifying you if any payment is late. No matter where your property is located, RentWatch can work for you. In the event your tenant becomes delinquent in their monthly payment we will notify you immediately and can even issue a Notice to Pay or Vacate that same day.
