Washington State Department of Financial Institutions believes that 80% of mortgage companies who service mortgages in Washington State are offering assistance programs for mortgage payment deferrals.
If your or your owners mortgage company is NOT offering a program for assistance with mortgage payment deferral or they are requiring documentation to qualify for a payment deferral, please email me the name of the company and the requirements or conditions to quality.
