LandlordSolutions will work with your tenant(s) who have been financially impacted by COVID-19 to create a written payment plan, reviewed by an attorney, that you approve and then monitor those payments through the duration of the payment plan. Your tenant can pay online with their bank account or a credit card and even access a copy of their ledger.
You are notified via email when payments are received and when payments are deposited in your account. Payments are deposited into your account within two business days.
