Representative Barkis from the 2nd District and owner of HomeTown Property Management in Olympia shared with NARPM members what he doing to work with the state and other stakeholders to find ways to provide assistance to landlords, tenants and small business who have been financially impacted by COVID-19. He stressed that property managers need to work with their residents who have been impacted by COVID-19 that are unable to pay rent. At the end, Representative Barkis answers members questions.
