LandlordSolutions is OPEN and answering your calls. Yesterday the Governor announced his proclamation and the Supreme Court came out with an order; both related to evictions. We still have a few questions that our attorney is working to find answers to during the moratorium period:

1. Will the court sign an order extending writs?
2. Will the court sign an order during the moratorium period to schedule or reschedule show cause hearing to be heard after April 24, 2020?
3. Will writs be automatically stayed?

I have confirmed that the following counties will not execute on a writ of restitution, regardless of the reason for eviction, during the moratorium period.
